Refund Policy

1. Manual Payments
All membership payments on Sathya Matrimony are currently collected manually (bank transfer or UPI) and confirmed by our team — we do not process automatic online card payments. This refund policy applies to those manually confirmed payments.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If you request a refund before your membership plan has been activated (i.e., payment is still pending confirmation), you are entitled to a full refund.
- If your plan has been activated but you have not yet viewed any member's contact details, you may request a refund within [X days, e.g. 3 days] of activation, subject to a processing fee of [e.g. 0-10%].
- Once you have viewed one or more members' contact details under a paid plan, the plan is considered used and is non-refundable, except in cases of technical error on our part.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us via the Contact Us page or the payment contact details on the Membership page, including your Matri ID and payment reference. We will review and respond within [e.g. 5-7 business days].
4. Refund Method
